A mystery were the frequencies of 412.4375 MHz and 419.1750 MHz and the activities monitored. Both were very strong at my location, so probably at one of the federal buildings nearby. When one of these frequencies were active, so was the other. Whether they were a linked pair somehow or perhaps a repeater with a non-standard input offset is unknown. All transmissions were P-25 encrypted. The P-25 NAC is unusual, and the radio identification was always the same on all transmissions recorded, 675xxxx. My research showed that multiple federal agencies are possibly assigned to the 412 frequency, the 419.175 has been noted in the redacted Government Master File (GMF) that is floating around the Internet as a General Services Administration (GSA) at the Russell federal building. I’m still researching this one.
