Didn't poke around too much on this one. Not a whole lot of traffic either.

I guess this is some sort of complement to IWN 715 in Washington/Oregon.

It was an original IWN overlay for the National Capitol Region. It came on line a while after the original IWN sites along I-5 were up and running, and they were all part of the same network. The original press material for the part of IWN stated it was going to be a multi-agency system for the DC area. Never really materialized as such, with just a couple of regular users.

Now a bunch of other trunked systems are popping up around the region and everyone seems to be doing their own thing...
