What makes no sense from all of this is that the NSA already provided software for all to use. The primary one, Ghidra: was originally their own suite of cybersecurity tools, now available on github:

And also has a bunch of other stuff allocated:
https://code.nsa.gov/

Also, nothing should ever be classified from the public if it has to deal with *the public's* data being spied on daily. If our data is at the NSA, or anyhwere else, get whistleblowed. Period. Not saying anything that included public data (aka our data) was actually there, but still. The fact stands.
