Noted at approximately 22:30pm Lake Forest Park police and mall security had the main portions of the mall taped off tonight for training. There was a mobile command post along with numerous other law enforcement agencies vehicles, a number of police persons from various agencies holding riot shields, wearing helmets, etc. What sounded like flash bangs detonated and loud verbal warnings when they breached the main mall doors in single file. Minutes later appeared to be hostages for training purposes were rescued, then exited the main lower mall after the breach. Fire department trucks and aid units from numerous agencies, *Shoreline, Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue, etc on standby. Just curious, Anyone have additional information? *Edit, deleted "King county" Duh... I really meant Shoreline. |

Another emergency response training event/drill tonight approx 22:00 hrs at the Lake Forest Park shopping mall. Numerous agency participation. Lake forest park Police and Shoreline Fire, King county police and other LEO/Fire agencies.
