2132 1st Ave- as many as 5 shooting victims. SFD A-5 1776 SPD West 3248 Shooting suspect at 1st/Blanchard ETA- not suspect. Poss additional victims abandoned shot-up car 3/Blanchard fled on foot eastbound. ETA- 2 detained at original call address w/ 1 gun recovered |
