I know they're using the PSR repeater on 146.96 but what about Parade Marshal frequencies? UHF/LMR? Where?

I wouldn't voluntarily get within a few hundred feet of those panels...

You will get less RF from standing near those as you do standing near a transmitting mobile rig.
