Pilot reported to Seattle Center on 128.05 at 1930Z of a co-pilots shattered windshield and requested an emergency descent from 36,000'. Center vectoring him to Yakima airport for emergency landing. Aircraft is a Piaggio P180 Avanti - twin-engine turbroprop and was on a flight from San Diego to Kamloops, BC |
