North 8th/Fife Street, male down, hysterical caller not cooperative, is attempting CPR on victim. ETA- caller refusing to provide details, description or direction of travel of suspect. |

CPR in progress, officers cannot locate as caller sounds intoxicated and cannot determine her location. |

Victim located, conscious male with stab wound to the arm, caller still attempting CPR. Moved to Tac-1 (encrypted) to free up dispatch channel. |

Not to state the obvious, but why would someone attempt CPR on a conscious person ? |

She gave 2 different locations, 4 blocks apart initially. When the first TPD officer arrived onscene she could be heard in the background, alternately screaming, crying and cursing loudly. She then gave a report the suspect had run into an adjoining apartment building where none actually exists. Described as "highly intoxicated". |
