I don't know about an E-6, but last night around 5pm a E-4 callsign CHUCK 46 went and did an approach at Whidbey then Paine and then Moses Lake then went south. They were burning on GEP freq 338.95 WFM for a good hour or so. Everett seems to be a hot bed of activity lately. There were 2 160th SOAR helos at Paine today doing an Air-Air photo shoot with a B-25 and at almost the same time 2 B-52s refueled over the Everett on 320.9 AM |

Yeah that was the right time frame. I saw him go low in altitude and then back up over the cascades and landed at Fairchild AFB. Are you sure it was a E-4? Did you get a visual sighting or are you relying up on software? FWIW, the E-6's have always used GOTO FMS as their callsign. I personally saw one last week over this area and visually ID'd the aircraft. Someone in Kennewick also visually ID'd another E-6. Not saying it was definitely an E-6. It seems like the only way to is to visually verify it. :o] |
