Is the DoD or Poulsbo boat involved?
Curious, I used to work over there.

I can't find a pic of the Navy L/E boat, it's similar to the RIB's you see the Coasties using in the Sound, except all grey.
Twin 225 Yamaha's on the stern.

Any traffic on the Marine/CG channels?

PSNS patrol boat was first boat on the scene, and with all the fed stuff encrypted... And land-based fire vehicles typically don't do VHF marine...
and I don't have VHF marine channels loaded into any of the scanners here...
The Medic 11 crew embarked upon the Kitsap County Sheriff vessel moored at Port Orchard Yacht Club and responded, so no Coast Guard involvement...

Even though the Fire crews are at the moment of this writing are fixing to clear the scene, traffic is still backed up past the point where the WSP trooper shooter abandoned his pickup... on SR 16...

Law enforcement likely will remain as the driver of the wheeled submarine has perished, thus making this a fatality accident.

When it rains it pours

Wonder what tomorrow brings?

IIRC 68 when they're mooring vessels, 16 of course calling, 14 Puget Sound Traffic, CG will move traffic to 22 after contact on 16.
When I was there only a Marine radio and the Navy base radio on the boat.
We had to relay thru NESCOM & CENCOM, nothing direct was available.
