Listened to this pursuit last night. The primary frequency was Skagit County.
Pursuit started when a trooper found her driving around Mt.Vernon, after she called 911 to threaten suicide.
Skagit Dispatch: “The Sergeant is on the phone with her, is telling her to turn on her flashers to indicate she will comply.”
Trooper in pursuit, engine roaring: “She’s going 100-plus, she’s not going to stop.”
Trooper, twenty seconds later: “Send aid and fire.”
