Suicidal Man holed up in an apartment just East of Port Orchard, has been occasionally shooting at law enforcement. Duty SWAT personnel on scene and Tac 7 (155.925) has just been assigned to this incident complete with a dedicated dispatcher :shock: And I thought it would be a typical, boring Monday morning...
