5 bikes took WSP on a run, S-bound I-5. Took Westbound Hiway 18. Another WSP had the ramp entirely blocked - DOH! No answer from dispatch, then shouting for backup from Federal Way. Pissed off Trooper ran a name, convicted Felon - Manslaughter Double DOH! |
