Spokane City North, Monroe/ Indiana Disp put out a drive by with a 12 ga. & Vehicle Description. SPD unit observed vehicle, pursuit. Susp pointed shotgun out window. Next traffic: "Shots fired, one down". Three outstanding, possible from house. Perimeter set for large crime scene. Traffic on SCSO2, SPD1&3. |
