WSP So King:
"693 I need a supervisor..."

Car crossed line on Hiway 410, Chinook Pass, hit patrol car.
Initially requested tow for patrol car, then held off.

19 yo male driver.
DOC information, sex offender, but not wanted (for now ;^) .

Reports it is currently 32 degrees on pass, snowing moderate to hard.

Too bad...Russ always seems to make me laugh, he's always interjecting additional narratives over the radio.

They're talking about him on OSCR right now (156.135).

My thought as well, but I have heard troops in this area on King So over the years.
This one was definately King So.

I guess given the geographic features it would work better.
Interesting.
A WSP D8 Commo Ofc told me about a pursuit she did in Pacific county. From Bremerton.

I've heard at least two other units on 154.680 out that way.
One was a WDFW unit who had failed to answer a status check; he was on FS70 near Greenwater with a dead radio battery.
The other was a Trooper, he was at Crystal Mountain Blvd and SR410 on a TS; driver had warrants out the wazoo.

I remember the USFS uses 169.900 up there, not the Randle repeater.

Yes, Seattle South is used on 410 from Enumclaw to the pass. Repeater is on Grass Mtn and their office is in Enumclaw, so they work for District 2.

Sure gets a lot of response when a patrol vehicle gets involved!
