Police Arrest Gas Thieves
At about 10p.m. on 10-24-2010 Spokane police responded to the Pacific Pride at 144 E Jackson for a gas theft in progress. Once Police arrived, they found two suspect in a minivan stealing gas from the inground tanks. The thieves had hollowed out the inside of the van and turned it into a vehicle capable of stealing hundreds of gallons of gasoline at a time. The suspects had already been to the Pacific Pride earlier in the night and stolen gas.
David M Dawson 3-25-68 and Ricky E Marsh 6-8-62 were booked into Spokane County Jail on charges of RETAIL THEFT WITH EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES a felony.
