DUI emphasis in connection with Whaling Days...

Subject shot multiple times by Officer, aid currently on scene,
all kinds of "supervisors" and detective rushing to the scene...
Emergency Traffic on both South air and LE4, (being used for the DUI emphasis) just ended.

Full moon tonight and good weather... Keep those scanners on!
