Selah, WA I woke up this morning to a bunch of tones going off. Apparently, there is smoke showing from Robert Linse Elementary School in Selah, WA. I didn't hear the size-up but Selah 3 has upgraded to a 2nd alarm. That's all I know for now. We're on the 3rd alarm, so hopefully I will go and get more information later this afternoon. Sorry, forgot the most important part: Dispatch on "County Main" 154.2575 Operations on "Upper Valley Tac 4" 154.280 Selah 2 has command Selah 3 has Operations And Training Center Duty 29 has safety Doug Berndt's site to listen to scanner live. Fire went to a 3rd alarm. We arrived on scene and sat in the shade for about 20 minutes before they started releasing crews. Main body of fire was in the attic space unknown cause or origin. I'm sure the news will carry it tonight. http://www.kimatv.com |
