Frantic 911 callers saying a young male fired shots inside a home there, few details. it appears the house in question has history, and the names being tossed around are frequent flyers.

Yea, they're sounding pretty good as of late. Since the "new" simulcast system works well at my place - since it incorporates a Fire District tower not far from my house.

However, Deputies have been complaining about it - probably the overlap areas. I would suspect their coverage and performance is better than it was before, but the new characteristics of the Simulcast vs. single repeaters with different PL tones is a new thing to bitch about.

Only as the back-up channel. LIke the LE-TAC used to be. It's still the multi site system (different PL for the sites, user selected).
