Command 3 Is most active
Sounds like they are trying to contain most of them and as of now they are trying to open up traffic. @2111

Yeah sorry I was running out the door when someone alerted me to the activity. It is 3952 COMMAND 3 and some of the usual SPD frequencies.

I just heard East precinct is still in lockdown and they're going to take prisoners to West precinct for now.

Most of the major activity has stopped but there's a lot of property damage.
