The web scanner had over 6200 people listening in, and everything discussed was out in the open including tactical. It was probably a busy day for twitter, too.

People wonder why Police want to go to an all encrypted radio system... Then when you have a major incident like this and use interoperability channels, it can't be encrypted... There is no easy option to solve this issue.
