assume training but cant tell yet.

update 2004 04/20 sounds like a warrant serve but they got a lot of people
update 2033 04/20 appears to have ended with out issue?

This was for 2 brothers wanted for a quadruple murder in North Hollywood, CA on April 3rd. They were arrested by KCSO deputies and U.S. Marshals at a house in the Kenmore area last night.
