Glad I'm not working tonight...I was sitting right near there last night doing paperwork (when I wasn't busy hassling that hippie over on Summit), thinking to myself "Wow, it's unusually slow tonight...It's gonna jump off soon."

Odd - the news story at king5 this morning said they went in and the house was empty at 1:45am. Odd because when I was listening an officer said that there was lots of glass in the house and he watched the suspect walk down the stairs. So somehow he got out of the house completely surrounded by officers.

if it was the case here..

remember that what the police tell the news and what actually happened are different things.

call it herding cattle. you look for the cattle that know what is going to happen and you question them.

one reason I am a component of not letting cattle have police radios, if your not smart enough to know what is what then you just need to watch the news and be a happy cow :)

translated into non cattle speak. Its common practice to tell media that the "bank robber" was wearing a blue dress (when he was wearing a red), if someone says no he was wearing a red dress they know something interesting. Remember bad guys like to brag. also common to leave out key information that someone might slip up and talk about when it "wasn't public knowledge"

<soapbox>
I dont know if that was the case here, but one reason I bring up my opinion of keeping key details out of internet content for "Live issues" fits in with this idea of educating the cattle, also I hate media and hate to think they get details from us for profit.
</soapbox>

Selah had a guy get shot in the head last night then another one get pistol-whipped-the-shit-out-of. More crimes and violence commited by our fellow illegal immigrants getting drunk and doing stupid shit.
