That is the range- I don't know what the installer pay is, but the tech position pays $41.82 + cost of living from 2015 & 2016. Pay should be $43.50 after probationary stage. That is more than King County, about the same as SERS, more than Tacoma/Pierce (I believe) but less than Tacoma Power.

KC and SERS get take home vehicles though...

Hopefully that makes sense...
