Does that stuff give you pink exhaust like the heating oil ? You'll see that on the roads down here every so often. |

No. I haven't noticed any difference. Except in my wallet. #2 has more lubricity then #1, or "stove oil" as sold here. Tank's in basement, so not concerned with gel point. Try it. Whatever you have left in Spring I'm sure you can find a use for ... :D Not that I'm saying you would... |

I went to the supplier to buy 30 gallons, oddly, the same truck which does home heating oil deliveries was filling the tank from where I pump from into my drum. I asked if they sell diesel #1 as heating oil. "Nope, it's blended 30-70%". So I'm saving 75 cents per gallon by fetching it myself. For the same product. |
