Does anyone know what these freqs are used for?

WQKH961 WASHINGTON, STATE OF (STATE PATROL ESD)

STAMPEDE PASS
CAPITOL PEAK
SUMAS

Both FB & MO
@ all 3 locations

154.4525
155.7525
158.7375
159.4725

I thought they sounded farmiliar.

It's strange that they are licensed on these only on 3 mountain top sites but not at other locations?

That is interesting.

It's been about 4 years since I loked at the rule, but as I recall the fixed base ops do require a site license.
