Saw an unmarked LE car yesterday on I5 between Mt Vernon and Bellingham WA with an antenna in the middle of the trunk that looked something like a frisbee.
The car also had a Larsen UHF and a Larsen VHF antenna mounted on either side of the trunk lid. License was WA exempt ending in D.
Any ideas as to what the antenna is and who it might have been???
Probably 800MHz? Maybe I should have tried speeding to find out :D
