Why doesn't Icom come out with their version of Close Call or Signal Stalker? I wouldn't buy a scanner with out this feature anymore. The scan speed of the R-5 was about 15 channels/sec compared to GRE or Uniden that do 100 channels/sec. I hope they have speeded it up on this model. |
