Seen this morning in a Pacific NW city. Popular conjecture holds them as belonging to the WHCA, and the gun-toting guy standing nearby would seem to further that, but one of the drivers was seen to be wearing a Nevada National Security Site polo shirt.

Anyone hearing anything interesting lately?

There was also an iPhone in evidence with a French name labelled on it. The plot thickens.

No, the vehicle was off and no one was around it.

Probably some sort of secret Osprey Team or something.
