You know Jim, I really wish that was the case....I see this article even made it to the PI:
http://www.kndu.com/global/story.asp?s=12095297Let me give you all a little history about me that you may or may not know which will help you all understand my feelings towards this kind of shit. My dad began his career with the Yakima County Sheriff's office in 1987 and continued to work there up until he took his own life in 2004. Before that he was a dispatcher for the State Patrol in Vancouver, WA. I was born in 1989 so all my life, I've been around law enforcement. My uncle is also currently a deputy for the Sheriff's Office. My law enforcement connections extend on to my captain at the fire department who is a sergeant for the Sheriff's Office and the captain at station 2 who is an officer for the Yakima Police Department. I've also left out other family friends and other members of the fire department that are troopers, officer's for Union Gap and Sunnyside Police Departments. So, when I hear about some stupid little fucks like that shooting at people I care about, I tend to get a little hot.
I am not the least bit sad when I open up the paper or listen to the news and see/hear that gang members are shooting and killing eachother. Darn. That's one less out there on the street illegally owning a gun and having the ability to shot at someone I care about. I hope they catch those little fucks and put them in a room and let them dodge bullets.
Unfortunately, the problem will be helped thanks to the state. Thanks Damacrats.
