WGY 908 with traffic for W?? 906. March 26 1715 local. No contact, QSY to lower frequency

These are FEMA calls , I beleive anything lower than 910 (bothell) is a National level call. There is a list of these calls at http://www.ominous-valve.com/feds.txt

Hugh spelled Bothell correctly, very impressive. The W??? 906 callsign sounded like four letters, which seemed kind of weird. I thought FEMA had three letters but maybe not. 5135.0 is supposed to be a SHARES freq.
