Hi Matt
I heard some traffic on 4395 just at the begining of december
sounded like a usn traning mission with the operator stating that weapons
were hot
have'nt heard much since then but it sounds like 4395 is a popular
frequency for the usn

I have heard USS Lincoln on 4395 a few times when they do exercises off the coast of California.

On December 31 I heard Coast Guard 1713 on 5696 going to Midway Island, probably for this:
