Was listening to the KXOC ATIS on 132.975 yesterday, and heard an announcement that the TBY NDB on 257 KHz. was decommissioned. |

When they took the one out at BFI a couple of years ago, I told the guy in charge of the dismantling they should just leave it up since there are people that like to chase those signals. He didn't realize there was any interest in them beyond the navigational use. |

The beacon AT Boeing Field is gone, it was the one used for SeaTac's 16 L/R approaches. Replaced with radar fixes DGLAS, SODOE, and FINKA for 16 L/C/R. Flash |
