NOLLA is here:

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=seattle,+wa&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=51.708931,79.013672&ie=UTF8&t=h&layer=c&cbll=47.632552,-122.389759&panoid=i0GayV5Dg1tvjmc5juJVvg&cbp=12,121.02,,1,0.55&ll=47.632613,-122.389656&spn=0.001356,0.002411&z=19

In the foreground you'll see the 75mhz yagis for the marker beacon.

In the background you'll see the MF antenna strung between what would normally look like power poles. Look real close and you will see the feed wire near the center.

I guess it can be confusing since its callsign is "BF" despite not being at Boeing Field.

My mistake! NOLLA is still there! If I remember, the one AT Boeing Field was on something like 280khz?

PARKK (cw id = SZ) is 281khz but I thought it was physically located at Sea-Tac. Not sure if its still active though.

As much as I used to listen to it via the AM radio, I can't remember the ID but knew the freq was around 280 khz. A look at AirNav for SeaTac shows no NDB's with that frequency and I know that particular beacon there at BFI, was for the approach into SeaTac. I used to set the AM radio in some of our vehicles to 560 khz and when other people drove them and passed the antenna, they'd get that morse ID in full quieting and wonder what was going on!

One of the ranges I shoot at has PFH on its property. You can hear the CWID over their outside PA speakers if you listen closely.
