For about a month now I have been monitoring the
Coast Guard Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) frequencies:

4730.0
6709.0
8859.0
11196.0
13221.0
15082.0
17988.0
Most of the voice traffic is Coast Guard HC-130's and HH-60's calling
COMSTA Kodiak with position reports. ALE is used on all these freqs except 8859.0, I haven't heard anything on that yet.
