Post subject:  CHP and 6m Ham DX heard up here
Caught some 6m Ham and 42.mhz CHP comms up here on Tuesday .... signals real strong there for afew hours then faded away

caught CHP bronze channel 42.120 ctcss 131.8 96ing with vehicals along the freeway somewhere in central Cal

there were afew other CHP freq active too.... too bad I missed 7-Mary-4 callsign on the radio :lol:

Bronze -- 42.12 (131.8 ) Station 96 is Oakland - East Bay area.

Caught the same CHP stuff also heard 46.36 with fire type chat comms . Closest in FCC data base is CA . Novato or Avalon FD .
