New CHP channel: "Turquoise 2" 39.12 Replacing 42.60 for the Western Kern County stations at Buttonwillow - 112 and Ft. Tejon - 107. Testing underway.

My bad -- try 39.12. They have been testing on 39.10. But have applied for 39.12. And FYI only -- but several sites -- like Freq of Nature have NOT been updated in as much as two years. Most sites do not have the "Correct" CHP Master plan of changes. ALL existing channels are in the process of being changed. In fact -- 39.12 is NOT on that CHP Master Plan.
