| Post subject: | Riverside Fire paging |
I am pretty new to CA and I am interested in receiving Riverside Fire text pages to my advisor pager. I'm not always near my scanner and it would be great to get the text rather than voice. Can anyone help me understand how Riverside has their text pages set up? |

They use standalone alpha pagers. If you don't have access to their pagers you can easily find the frequency and capcode with a pocsag/flex decoder. I can't vouch for the legality of doing this so its something you might want to investigate further. |
