Found another pages of notes, unsure of the accuracy. Educated guesses based on correlation of RIDs/timestamps:

167.525 ($247), input on 163.725 ($221)

172.025 ($227), input on 166.950 ($294)

167.350 ($240) linked to 167.7625 ($242)

173.800 ($301) input on 165.925 ($359)

any RID on the $312 ??
$312 and $421 are common FEMA NAC's along with some other agencies here/n/there
