Interesting that you got D754 on 46.10
Nassau fire doesnt usually use tone codes on low band
But maybe certain transmitters may use a tone at times and the few times that i noticed i belive it was 100.0 PL
The 46mhz freqs are usually used for the pager tone outs so sometimes it could also be the pager tones in itself to create the PL/DPL
If anyone gets 45.08 D466 or 45.12 PL192.8 those may be highway departments/snow plows in Long island ny
