Hi Gang: Currently I am using a Radio Shack Pro-2037 which is sufficient for UHF/VHF scanning, but does not allow me to monitor "Eagle" freqs, because they are "Trunked." Can someone reccommend a scanner that allows one to track "trunked" calls that would be relatively simple to use for a newbie to "trunked systems?" I have no experience or idea on what trunk systems are. Thanks for any help. 73's Jerry KW7JLA |

Jerry, See if you can find a RS Pro-90 used... it's a very easy and simple radio to program for trunking usage. You can probably find one around $50 in decent shape. -Nick |

Thanks Nick for the info on the RS Pro-90. I'll definitely check that out. We just got phone service, so I apologize for not getting back and thanking you sooner. 73's Jerry |
