Mark, have a great trip. I was in Aukland a few years ago and enjoyed it immensely. I did not have a scanner with me, but did have a wide-band tunable radio and at the time found a lot of local government activity in the 70 - 88 MHz range. I did see scanners available in the local Radio Shacks (yes they had them there), but I can't vouch for the current laws regarding such things there. - Chris |
