Both freqs are licensed to KOK935 City of Yakima if that helps. |

My vote goes to DataRadioIP. http://www.kb9ukd.com/digital/DataRadioIP.wav But, OpenSky seems like it could be an option too... Now a decoder software...but I guess I'd need the MDT software, receiver, antennas etc... |
