I have used G&G in New York for years. They do an EXCELLENT job and very reasonable. I've attached their link. http://www.iinc.com/ggcomm/ |

Anybody know of anyone that works on scanners, and contact info for them? thanks! Is it just a dirty contact, or a bad solder joint? What kind of unit is it? The Regency's had some units with a slide control on it, and they get dirty very easy. If it's just a dirty contact, try some tuner cleaner. You should be able to get some at Fry's, I doubt that a radio shack would still sell it. You also might want to check with your LOCAL (not Sears, or other big names) TV repair shop. Jim |
