So I might get me one of these that a guy has for sell, but apparently its the 1st NON Chrystal scanner. But you program it by punching holes in a card, for each individual scanner, then sliding the card into the front of the scanner. So are any of you guys familiar with this type of scanner? Because if I get it, then cant program the dang thing I am going to be pretty aggravated. So if i cant I am hoping that someone on here might be able to help me out. THANKS!

It appears to be a clone of the SBE OptiScan. I put one up on the board in the "Classifieds" in June with no takers. If you need the manual, which contains the programming codes, I can get it to you. |

So basically you look up a frequency and it tells you a different set of numbers to punch in or whatever? Sounds very strange lol. Is yours still for sell/ have pics of it? |
