Name that noise!

I was going through the Database and came across my entries for "Some sort of Data Transmission." 453.100 & 453.150. I think I know what they are, what do you think? Recording attached...

My vote goes to DataRadioIP. http://www.kb9ukd.com/digital/DataRadioIP.wav

But, OpenSky seems like it could be an option too...

Now a decoder software...but I guess I'd need the MDT software, receiver, antennas etc...
