howdy -

been watching this forum for a few months and figured I should post. I got a little walkie-talkie no-name radio a while back on ebay - had freq's between 120 and 170 so i could get limited police and air traffic - was a lot of fun. then my family got me a rs pro-2052 for christmas! real cool thing for sure - took me up until a month ago to figure out how to make it trunk which is really cool! anyhoo, my issue is that i've got the 3rd bank with the trunked freqs and the first bank with miscellaneous stuff. i cant figure how to get it to go back to regular scanning [just the first bank] - anyone have any ideas?

I haven't used a PRO-2052 in a while, but if memory serves.... Press the trunk button to make sure it isn't in trunk mode, then while its scanning you should be able to press "3" to disable the 3rd bank.

Yep that did the trick! Thanks a lot - been tryin to figure that one out for a month now and was figuring on spending an hour or so poring over the manual. Wow so now I can do more of the stuff that it said I could do on the box! :lol:
